Refund and Returns Policy
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on our items. All sales are final due to demand including no cancellation orders. Exceptions, if approved, will be arranged accordingly. Please be sure you checkout with the items needed/wanted as anything ‘accidentally’ ordered will not receive a refund. Any items broken due to the shipping process MUST be notified within 24 hours of receiving your package. If a wrong address was given at checkout, the package will most likely be returned to Wired Earth as a ‘Return to Sender’ package from the post office. If this occurs, NO kind of refund will be made; NO exceptions. Please ensure the address you use at checkout is correct. If your package is lost or stolen, it will also not be refunded or shipped for a second time.
